Aaron began his career in Real Estate while still in high school, working summers for a large commercial industrial brokerage. He obtained his Real Estate license and was selling single family homes before graduation. While attending Michigan State University, he continued his involvement in the local market, selling over $200 million in real estate assets and managing a portfolio of 1600 multi-family units. He now has twelve years of Real Estate experience, working for several large property management companies as well as for Exit Realty and Keller Williams Realty. His expertise lies in turning around underperforming assets and leading property management teams. Recently he has focused his efforts on using his breadth of experience to act as consultant for a variety of Real Estate businesses, including individual residential brokers across the country, national property management firms, Real Estate technology start-ups, and consumer-based listing sites. After growing up in Grand Rapids as one of eight children in the family, Aaron Woodman received a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Michigan State University. He also has worked as a consultant for Sales Inc., a leading national leasing company. He now spends his time developing new online tools for the local rental market at a start-up IT firm. Outside of his time in the real estate community; he enjoys devoting his time to his favorite organizations, including Big Love Little Hearts, whose mission is to fund heart surgeries for patients in third-world countries, the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicago and Children's Hospital in Chicago
